Shipping

Custom Graphics, Jersey Prints, Decals are dispatched once the production process is completed for these items.

These items will be shipped using Australia Post (for all Australia wide deliveries) or DHL Express for International Deliveries.

Plastics kits or larger bulky items and boxes are Shipped by Courier. Usually Couriers Please / FedEX / TNT / Startrack. The courier service used will depend on the best service or turnaround times as listed for your specific location.

Shipping times are dependant on the specific carriers at the time of shipment, and are not controlled by Pro Image MX in any way.

Customs

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.

International deliveries may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately Pro Image MX has no control over this.

Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service.

Mis-Delivery / Wrong Address

Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was input during checkout so we can update it prior to dispatcing your parcel.

If your delivery has already been shipped; we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages. We recommend immediately calling your delivery partner to change the delivery address. We cannot do this for you. Only the recipient on the package can call and change the delivery address.

We will not re-ship, replace or refund orders if parcels are lost or returned to sender because of a wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure delivery addresses are correct.

All returned “Invalid Address” packages are non-refundable, and will be charged a re-delivery fee to re-ship. No exceptions.

Returns & Refunds

Custom Products / Graphics / Seat Covers:

Please note: We cannot accept returns on any custom printed products or seat covers. Each and every item is made to order for each specific customer.

We do not accept returns for customised graphics and other customised products that have been made specifically for you.

Once artwork has been commenced for any graphics order, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you require a cancellation of an order, it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order before any design or production has been commenced. No exceptions.

Please ensure that all of the details on your order form are correct when placing your order – including Bike Make & Model, Year, Race Numbers, Spelling of Names etc.

If you request a design proof for your order, we will email this to you. Please understand, how the design proof shows artwork (colours / names / logos / bike templates) is exactly what will be printed.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details are correct prior to giving approval to proceed with printing and manufacturing custom orders.

Once your order is printed no changes can be made.

All refunds or returns are processed on a case by case basis by our team.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered items.

As Motocross Graphics are a consumable item, and will last differently for different customers based on many variables; we cannot accept refunds due to damage or wear.

Our Graphics are manufactured using the highest quality motocross specific vinyls available.

A key factor in ensuring your graphics last as long as possible is by making sure you take care in preparing your plastics correctly and installing with care when you go to fit your graphics – please refer to the fitment guide we send out with every kit or read below our tips to apply your new graphics.

Damaged / Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item, or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt.

Under these circumstances, we will fix or exchange the product at our expense and refund your return postage costs. If you receive a product which is subsequently found to be defective, you should contact us immediately for further instruction.

Please reply to your order confirmation email directly, or email us with your name, address and invoice number, a description of the nature of the error or fault and attach pictures clearly showing the issue so that we can work out a solution for you. Pro Image MX reserves the right to deny a refund as refunds / returns are handled on a case by case basis.

Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by Pro Image MX. Therefore, we recommend that you return your item by recorded delivery. The cost of returning items for the reasons above is your responsibility.
