SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
At Pro Image MX we pride ourselves on quality products, so if you find you receive a product that you believe to be defective or incorrect please contact us via email – email@example.com. We will not accept refunds of customised products unless it has been manufactured incorrectly and the error is on our part. If your product is custom made and is ordered or approved with incorrect information, provided by the customer – we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the order. Refunds/exchanges for any reason including change of mind, application or installation error by the end user, product ordered incorrectly by the purchaser will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a refund when we feel we are not at fault.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY POLICY
We will dispatch your purchase via Australia Post with tracking number. Depending on workload your order will be sent 1-3 weeks after approval of artwork and payment has been received. Pro Image MX currently ships Australia wide and selected countries outside Australia.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Will be shipped using either Australia Post or DHL Express, depending on circumstance at the time.
OVERSEAS TAXES / TARIFFS:
PRO IMAGE MX is not responsible for payment of any duties or taxes in relation to overseas orders. This is the responsibility of the receiver to pay.
SHIPPING or POSTAGE DELAYS:
We send all of our products via either Australia Post / Startrack Express or DHL international, which generally speaking are very reliable in delivering our goods in a timely manner.
If in the event that an order is to be delayed in shipping for any reason after it has been dispatched from PRO IMAGE MX we will do our best, to follow up and provide information regarding the delay or expected delivery time. We will not accept responsibility for delayed shipping times or offer a refund due to delayed shipping if this is beyond our control after dispatch.
