Ordering Process
Our ordering process is streamlined and strictly followed to ensure your artwork and kits are produced in a timely matter while ensuring you receive the same Pro Image MX quality that everyone knows and loves.
Order Communication & Updates
In order to ensure your artwork and production is completed on time, we endevour to keep you informed as much as possible. During busy periods and coming into the Australian winter, communication may be delayed slightly as we do experience a high volume of orders.
As most kits are custom designed and all kits are custom made / printed, time frames may vary from job to job and depend heavily on our current workload.
Time frames are listed below. Please get in touch with us if your order has passed its production time frame.
Important: Contacting us requesting updates during your orders set production time / ETA will only slow down the process as our team members will be pulled away from printers, cutters and computers, therefore slowing down our overall production capability.
Time Frames
Semi Custom Graphics + Race Numbers + Jersey Prints: 5-7 business days for design proofing // 3-5 business days for printing. laminating, cutting and packaging after design approval is completed.
Full Custom Graphics: 7-14 business days for design proofing // 3-5 business days for printing. laminating, cutting and packaging after design approval is completed.
Seat Covers: Please allow 5-7 business days for your seat cover to be manufactured and shipped.
Graphics Fitment: Installation of graphics to plastics will add approx. 5-7 business days to the overall time frame of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Above is a guide to the general time frames for most of our products. During peak periods throughout the year they may be increased depending on workload.

Providing Your Own Logos?
Adding custom logos such as local businesses or personal / team sponsors to a kit can be super sick and we absolutely love doing it, however it is critical that you provide us with the right file formats to ensure the custom logos print clear and crisp to ensure your kit looks fire.
Vector PDF logo files are the best form of file to send however an EPS, CDR or AI file should be fine aswell.
Please do not send JPEG or PNG files or any form of screenshot as these will be rejected and will delay your order from being processed and shipped.
